These are the best frames I've ever owned! Love the way the back is. So easy to use and easy to hang. They are light weight, durable and very pretty. I love the thin border of the frame color and there's no missing color. The quality is absolutely worth the price!

The cheap acrylic looks like what it is cheap plastic with a terrible glaze that does not allow you to view your artwork with any sort of light in the room. The frame is super flimsy you will have a terrible time locking the art in place. Customer service was the worst I have encountered in recent memory. For days I thought I was chatting with a robot. I am engineer and the flimsy frame could be solved by providing a sturdy backing ( what is provided has no structural worth). I was received a partial refund, I used the money to replace the CHEAP plastic with glass.

Hi Romeo, we're sorry to hear that the acrylic glazing wasn't what you expected. Thank you for another review and for cooperating with us regarding this issue so that we can make it right for you. There's unfortunately nothing we can do about the sturdiness of your large frame. It's the world's thinnest 24x36" frame and we've used the absolute strongest aluminum that one can find to create it. The ultra-thin design makes the frame a bit more flexible compared to thicker frames, and it's as sturdy as it can get while being so thin. And we didn't want to make it thicker because then it wouldn't have that ultra-thin look that makes it so unique. Please contact Customer Service on vossington.com if there's anything else we can do to make you completely satisfied with your purchase.

The Frame is a bit flimsier then I expected. The corner of the backing came cracked in the corner too, which probably happened during shipping. It’s hanging with the print in it and so far it works. For the price it’s ok - but I really couldn’t find anything else out there for a 30x40 frame that was simple.
