I have been trying to return an item that arrived damaged and no one responds.

Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. A refund has already been issued, and we have also sent you an email with a resolution for your case. We also want to acknowledge that our response time has been slower than usual. The recent turbulence caused by the US import tariffs has forced us to pause parts of our business, which unfortunately affected our ability to answer messages as quickly as we normally do. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

All praise and zero complaints.
I had been looking for a narrow profile wooden frame in a non-standard size. The Vossington frame itself is exactly the thing I was looking for. It was packaged well and arrived without breakage. The price point reflected a good value for the money.
