Love the mini blower
The Vortex Haus mini blower is a beast that I don't know how I lived without for so long! My brother-in-law introduced me to it and I fell in love immediately. Lightweight yet super powerful - perfect combo! The customer service is quick to respond and very attentive to any concerns or needs. Great gift, too!

Good quality items & fast support.
My experience with Vortex Haus has been quite good. I had some concerns during shipping, contacted support and their team was quick to respond to my enquiries. I was pleasantly surprised actually at how fast they were. The items took some time to come but nothing I wasn't expecting. I have used the blower and it's extremely strong with the 20v battery. Thank you vortex.

Amazing power thats cordless
A great little blower that is light weight and powerful. The fact that I no longer had to deal with cords made it my new favorite tool. Literally blown away by its usefulness.

Outstanding customer service
Vortex Haus has by far the best customer service I have ever experienced from any other company that I have dealt with. I unfortunately received a faulty item and so I contacted Marielle in customer service, I explained what the problem was and she asked me if I could send a short video showing the problem, which I immediately did. Within a few minutes I received another email telling me how sorry they were and that they would send a replacement immediately. The very next day I received the tracking number for the replacement. This response is absolutely outstanding, the process was hassle free. I would most certainly deal with Vortex Haus again knowing full well that I will be dealing with people who genuinely care for their customers. Thank you so much Marielle and Arthur.

Quality and performance in your hands
Very long story short: the product is on a totally different level compared to cheap knock offs, in-depth: insane power, superB quality, versatility in case of batteries and usage, plus after sales support is top notch, if needed. I had no high expectations about the Turbo Jet, but the performance has literally blown me away. For me, it is an absolute game changer in my car care routine and I absolutely recommend to give this a shot. I can finally say good bye to the water stains under the mirrors, etc. caused by the leftover waters in them crevices, too. Yes, it is much steeper, than cheap knock offs, but you get what you pay for.
