This is not a small US Based company. They ship from China.. It feels like false advertising and a scam.

I understand why this raised concerns, and I want to address it directly.
During the Black Friday and holiday rush, we experienced an unusually large spike in orders that temporarily depleted our USA warehouse. To avoid longer delays, a small portion of orders were fulfilled from our international facility, which normally supports Europe and Asia.
That context is not an excuse. It’s simply what happened.
Here is what we’ve done since then:
• USA warehouse operations are back to a stable state
• Shipping policy has been updated across the website for full clarity
• A full refund has been personally approved for your order
• As an apology, I’m offering to send you a free full bundle at my cost so you can experience the product properly
If you’re open to it, just reach out to our support team and they are already aware.

I ordered the Turbo Jet DB 2.0 on November 18, 2025 and as of today (December 9, 2025) it still has not arrived. After weeks of round and round with Vortexhaus and messages from customer service that "your order is fine it is coming," and "be patient, USPS is swamped this time of year." I get this response today from USPS which is a bit chilling.
"The package associated with this tracking number was found to bear counterfeit postage and is now considered Postal Service property under USPS regulations and will not be delivered. You are encouraged to contact the sender Dec 3 12:00 am"
I mean - really?? That is a first for me. Paid money, waited patiently, product confiscated by USPS for counterfeit postage. Thanks Vortex Haus!

I understand how concerning this is, and you are absolutely right to be upset. I want to be very clear: regardless of the cause, this situation is not acceptable, and I take full responsibility.
Here is what happened, transparently. During November, our shipment volume increased far beyond normal levels. We cover all shipping costs for customers by pre-funding our USPS account. Due to the sudden spike, a small number of packages were processed before the account was replenished, which caused USPS to flag them and stop delivery.
That explanation is not an excuse. It is simply context.
What matters is how we fix it. I have personally approved the following:
• A full refund for your original order
• A free replacement unit, already sent
• If you would like, on top of that I can also send an additional full bundle including the unit, battery, and charger at no cost, so you can experience the full Turbo Jet setup. Just message our support team and they are already aware.
Our Head of Customer Support has already reached out to you directly and is monitoring this personally. We will make sure you receive your product properly, with no back and forth.

False Advertisement - Cheap Chinese
Their advertising/website states it's an American made/American sold product.
It ships straight from China. You can't even read the package transit page because it's in Chinese. It also is taking forever to arrive.

You can't make anything right. You charged $300 for an American made product that was "better" than cheap Chinese knock offs... That was your facebook advertising. I could have gotten this same produce on Amazon for 1/5th the price since it all came from the same factory in China.
I bought it because it was supposedly American made. I paid a lot more for it because it was supposedly American made.
You can't make your fraud right.
I reported the fraud to the FTC. I included pictures and emails to show that it is blatant fraud. I am also filing with AMEX about it.

Absolutely Impressed
Absolutely Impressed! I rarely write reviews but had to on this. I’ve used other battery powered blowers before. They are bulky as hell and barely do the job. I really hoped the hype about Turbo Jet was true. OMG this thing is everything you see and hear about it. The power is crazy good. This size is still unbelievable. I’m finding because of that size and power I’m using it more and getting more done. Totally worth the money!
