Fire! (ETA) Put out!
It caught fire on first use out of the box today. At first it was a one star for catching on fire with correct battery in it(before you ask). When the company saw my review they reached out. I have revised my review to amend for amazing customer service they replaced broken one, including a new Dewalt battery and charger and gave me a full refund for both machines I bought. They went above and beyond what I ever expected. This is so rare nowadays with a world filled with scams and deception. I only left it at 4 stars because they responded to negative review not my emails. But I thank them for standing behind their product and making it right.
