And concerns or questions I had returned my emails quickly and helpful , it’s rare now days to get this kind of return responses and kindness .if I could use one blower in each hand like maybe I could be the yard terminator I would definitely would order another from these people,

Hey Will, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. Your “yard terminator” line made my whole day! Thank you for recognizing the speed and kindness of our team — that’s the culture we’re building here. If you ever want to dual-wield blowers, we’ve got you. Arthur

Product failed in first 5 minutes
Product failed in first 5 minutes of use. Have been battling customer service for a replacement despite providing proof of purchase- very disappointing
Response from VortexHaus USJan 14, 2026
Hey Rupert, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. This is clearly not what you should expect from our product — a failure in the first 5 minutes means you received a defective unit. It’s rare, but it can happen, and when it does, it’s our job to fix it fast. Here’s what I’ve already approved for you: • Full refund, no questions asked • A free replacement unit to make things right Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] and reference this review. They’ve been briefed and will handle your case ASAP. Thank you for giving us the chance to fix this. We stand behind what we sell. Arthur

Great customer service
Ordered on Dec 1 and as of the 21st still hadnt received the package with no tracking info available. I contacted Vortex Haus via email and Diane with customer service went above and beyond to rectify the situation and get me my product. I now have tracking info and it’s on its way! Only downside is my dad had nothing to open on Christmas which was a real bummer.

Hey Danielle, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. I’m really glad Diane jumped in and made things right. She’s a superstar on our team. But you’re right — having nothing to open on Christmas is a terrible feeling, and that’s something we’re actively improving on with better logistics tracking and earlier cutoffs. Thank you for your patience and for still giving us the chance to fix it. Arthur

Vortex Haus Turbo Jet DB : Small but mighty!
I'm loving my Vortex Haus Turbo Jet DB. I ordered the model with the DeWalt battery system to compliment my other DeWalt tools. The Turbo Jet is lightweight but it definitely packs a punch. It has a powerful output with a variable speed trigger. I have a strong gas powered leaf blower, but I typically grab the Turbo Jet instead due to its power, portability, and lower noise. I am also able to clean in tighter spaces like my pool pump house with the Turbo Jet. It uses batteries relatively quickly so depending on the job, you may need additional batteries.

Hey Tim, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. This is exactly why we built it! Powerful enough to replace bigger blowers, quiet enough to grab it more often, and compact enough for tight spaces. Appreciate the thoughtful breakdown. Arthur

Exceptional product
Lots of copies around but ordered from the original genuine website, very powerful blower, very light on the hands, multiple uses - cleaning work tools, contactless car drying, makes these tasks so much easier.
Response from VortexHaus USJan 14, 2026
Hey Ahmed, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. Thank you for choosing the original over copies, that means a lot! Real power, real quality, real support. Glad it’s overdelivering exactly as intended. Arthur
