I had an issue with my blower and was…
I had an issue with my blower and was promptly taken care of by the customer service team. I have two blowers and use them often to clear off my patio. Definitely recommend!

I'm having fun washing the car now!
I'm having fun washing the car now as I just blow the water out of all the difficult spaces in the grill and wheels. I don't need to use a towel anymore! And the moonroof which is so high on the Hummer H2, I just climb on the footrail and blow the water off of it to prevent water spots.

George, I love this visual: up on the H2 footrail, just walking the blower around the moonroof instead of wrestling a towel on a ladder. Customer Support Experience
So, I placed my order for the Turbo Jet DB v3.0 early morning EST and made a mistake in which battery I needed it compatible with. Sent their support team an email indicated my mistake and could they change my order before shipment was made. By 1100 EST time I had a changed order and a confirmation email from their support team indicating the change had been made and thanking me for my order. Support doesn't get any better than that. Glad I chose them to replace my Amazon cheapo blower!!! Thanks VortexHaus!!!

Ive bought a couple of "seen on TV"…
Ive bought a couple of "seen on TV" items in the past. NOT impressed. My wife saw one of these hand helds on TV and expressed interest. So I got on the net to see if there was a real one. Found your website, read some reviews, ok let's try this one. Wow. Just WOW! Pull the trigger and it will literally push your hand back. Thats impressive. I cut the grass today and used it to blow the debris from the driveway, porches and sidewalks. Using a 9aH battery, after all that it was only down to 82% charge. It definitely works as advertised and that is why I buy the real deal instead of "as seen on TV". Again, impressive. V/R. Daniel Edit review

Took awhile for me to finally pull the…
Took awhile for me to finally pull the trigger. Figuratively speaking. There’s a lot of “knock offs” but this is the real deal. Yes, a lil pricey but honestly well worth it if used to its full potential.

As an older woman, lugging around a huge blower was a little too much for me. I found this and absolutely love that it's handheld (one hand) and the power matches any other standard size blower I've used. My husband was even impressed!
