You're here to see if this is real. Fair. Here's the scoreboard: 37,236 units shipped, 4.8★ on Trustpilot, and most of these reviews are from people who were skeptical first too. What makes us different: small tool, serious power, runs on the Makita, Milwaukee, and DeWalt batteries you already own. We're a US & UK based team that obsesses over quality — every unit is vetted and QC'd before it ships. Backed by a 90-Day One-Pull Test Drive and a support team (Diane, Marielle, Kerbie) that actually fixes things fast. Read a few reviews below and you'll see the pattern.

Great company to deal with . When I purchased mine I failed to indicate which battery I’d be using , my bad . Easily returned and quickly replaced with a Makita powered unit . Wondering how much you’ll actually use the blower . Put that out of your mind. New uses every day . Heck I keep mine charged and ready for use on the kitchen counter , seriously. Ok , works like a champ for car drying . Gets the water out on the wheel wells and small crevices, normally you couldn’t dry with a towel . Easily blows all the ditrius from the inside . Open the doors & out it goes . Leaves and dirt from your garage or patio ? Gone ! I suggest you just get one I figured out Vortex Haus is the best by far , so you don’t have to !

I took advantage of a bundle promotion…
I took advantage of a bundle promotion that offered two units. I use them regularly as they are so much more convenient than my gas powered backpack blower for cleaning our patio and garage. Customer service has been very good as there was a shipping concern. Follow up has been great.

Excellent product support
Product support was excellent when identifying a minor issue with unit. Prompt and courteous service. Used the unit for blowing dust/pollen from balcony/porch and also for blowing out my garage. Excellent product that potential owners couldn’t do without.

Misleading, beware!!
I placed an order on July 1, and, very quickly thereafter, received a shipping notice. Pretty impressive turnaround, at least I thought. Today, July 9, I checked the shipping status, and it showed, "Shipping Label Created" with no other progress or updates. I sent an email to the company requesting a status update, and I was told there's an issue with the address I provided. I immediately checked, and there's no issue. When I responded, the representative suggested perhaps I live in a rural area and their carrier is unable to complete delivery, offering alternatively to have it shipped to a nearby post office. Here's the problem - my residence is located just miles from a top-20 U.S. metropolitan area; I get packages delivered to my house frequently without any issues whatsoever. After I mentioned this to the representative, she/he then changed course and mentioned "the package exception is due to your shipment going through import customs clearance in Chicago." Oh, boy, here we go...a U.S.-based company that prides itself on American-made products is manufacturing in China and shipping here. I DON'T want to hear the most common boiler plate line that domestic inventory is sold out and shipping was shifted to a warehouse abroad for my convenience. I'd rather be told there will be a shipping delay and have it originate domestically. As a first time customer, this type of misleading practice causes me to lose all confidence. Furthermore, it's clear no one on their end is paying any attention to their logistics otherwise I wouldn't have needed to reach out to get this explanation. With that, I requested to cancel the order and be provided with a full refund back to my credit card, and I was denied because the product had already been shipped, now leaving me with the headache of awaiting the package, paying to ship it back, and there's no telling how long it will take to get a refund (recall I was offered to have the product rerouted to a post office, but they can do nothing when I want to refuse it). Do yourself a favor and buy a similar product from a reputable retailer.

Hey Dave, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus.
You’re right to be pissed about this experience. If I got a “label created” tracking limbo, three different explanations, and then found out it was clearing customs instead of shipping from where I expected, I’d feel misled too. That’s on me.
We are a US‑based company with global manufacturing, and in your case we created a whiplash of half‑answers instead of one clear, explanation. The confusion around your address, the rural comment, and then the customs explanation reads like no one was actually owning your shipment end‑to‑end. That’s exactly what we’re tightening up.
Here’s what we’ll do next:
(1) Logistics audit on your case: Your order is being used as a live audit for how we handle exceptions: where it ships from, how we update tracking, and how we explain it. That includes tightening the tracking page so “label created” limbo and customs holds are more visible and better explained.
(2) Full refund, no questions asked. I’ll refund your order in full so you’re not financing an experience you don’t trust.
(3) Free unit if you still want to judge the product: If you’re open to it, we’ll ship you a fresh unit at our cost once this is cleaned up so you can judge the tool on what it does in your driveway, not how badly we handled communication.
(4) Priority handling: Your ticket will be flagged for priority so this is resolved quickly and cleanly, without more back‑and‑forth or you paying to ship anything back.
If you’re willing, email [email protected] with the subject line “Trustpilot – Dave logistics” so we can pull up your order immediately and get all of this done without more headache on your side.
For anyone else reading this. When we screw up, the responsibility is on us, not you. Reviews like Dave’s are uncomfortable to read but essential – they force us to fix logistics and be more upfront about where and how we ship.
Thank you for holding our feet to the fire on this and giving us a chance to make it right.

Amazing product !!
Amazing product !!! I’ve ordered my Vortex Haus with the compatibility of the DeWalt battery. I bought it to dry my car mainly and it dries my car very fast then I’ll use it to blow the leaves and rubbish out of my garage. I would recommend buying Vortex Haus for your outdoor needs .
Response from VortexHaus USJul 10, 2026
Paul, love this. When someone buys it “mainly to dry the car” and then ends up clearing leaves and garage junk with the same tool, that’s exactly what we built it for. If you’re reading this wondering whether it’s strong enough to be more than a toy, this is the use‑case: DeWalt battery in, car dry fast, then back to yard work without switching tools.

Powerful little blower
What a great little blower! I was surprised that such a small thing could have so much power. My yard is constantly full of leaves, twigs, pine needles and seed pods from these tall trees surrounding my yard. And I was able to clean it up in a fraction of the time it usually does. I was even able to clean between the pots and the nooks and crannies.

Laura, this is the picture we had in our heads: small blower, big yard, real debris – leaves, twigs, pine needles – gone in a fraction of the usual time, even between pots and in the tight spots. If you’re on the fence because it looks too small to be “real,” this is what we’re aiming for: full‑yard cleanup speed in a package you actually want to grab.

Very Impressive!
Honestly, I was shocked. I never thought I would have a tool that was so cool that I wanted to show it to my friends! It is so light that it seemed at first like a toy. My Milwaukee battery snapped in easily and when I pulled the trigger I couldn’t believe how much power it had. I spent the next hour finding anything and everything I could to blow out and the battery still had a charge. My son-in-law is an HVAC guy and he got one to put in his work van and uses it every single day to clean up faster at jobs and keep his van clean. This little blower is the real deal! It will be your new favorite tool!

Bill, that “I started showing it to my friends” moment is my favorite part. When it snaps into a Milwaukee pack, feels like a toy in the hand, and then has you wandering around finding things to blast for an hour, that’s when I know we got it right. The fact your HVAC son‑in‑law runs one daily on jobs is the best kind of proof. If you’re reading this skeptical from past weak blowers, this is what we want: your new favorite tool that actually earns a spot in the work van.

I have a 25 foot Airstream
I have a 25 foot Airstream. Recently had Molecular Applied Coating (formula specific to clear coated aluminum for Airstream) applied. Ordered the Vortex Haus to stop going through microfiber towels. This thing is a beast!
Response from VortexHaus USJul 10, 2026
DJ, this is such a specific and awesome use‑case. Spending real money on proper coating and then buying us to stop burning through towels is exactly the kind of “overkill but worth it” decision we design for. If you’re reading this with a coated RV or car and worried about water hiding everywhere, this is what we do best: get water out of seams and rivets fast, without touching the finish.
