I've been buying HVAC parts online for over 2 decades and I was skeptical at 1st buying from this newer company that outwardly looked like a central HUB operation with multiple suppliers signed up with them as a seller source somewhat like amazon. It may be in part, but who cares if it works...and these guys shined through with flying colors! I ordered this blower motor from another well known source 10 days earlier from a eastern based company (I'm on the west coast) and they would only ship ground, when I received it, the shaft was bent, most of the wires were cut in half and the body was smashed to bits.., I ordered it again through Voomi 1 hour after receiving the damaged one by 11:50 a.m EST. It was shipped that night ( from back east as well) and day after next I had it in my hands, pristine condition, no damage even to the box. I was pleasantly surprised because I didnt expect to get it in 2 days or even to be in usable condition. They proved me wrong. Great Job VOOMI !

had a terrible experience with this HVAC supply store. I purchased an item at a certain price for a project I was working on, only to have my order canceled with the excuse that it was "out of stock." Suspicious, I went back to their website and saw the exact same item listed as "in stock"—but now at double the price. To confirm, I called and verified the item was indeed available. It’s clear they canceled my order just to avoid honoring the original price. This is an unacceptable and dishonest business practice. It’s frustrating and unprofessional, and it seems I’m not alone based on other negative reviews. I will not be returning as a customer and would caution others about dealing with this store. Edit: I wanted to clarify that I gave an opportunity to Voomi Supply to resolve the issue before posting a review for me twice and they did not even acknowledge the problem in the first place. Just goes to see that this company doesn’t really care about their customers.
