Just when i thought this was a good…
Just when i thought this was a good source for the hvac parts i needed for a project, i went ahead and made an order and set up time and date with client to complete the project Voomi sends a text that part of the order cannot be shipped via standard shipping and it requires a freight delivery and i would be hot worth an extra $270 or some dollars for the freight. Totally not cool because it didn't say that on the website while similar products did specify they would require a LTL carrier. While they offered to cancel the order and refund but this is not good business practice as this disrupted my schedule and now i have to tell the client more delays are needed while i find a replacement solution. Not cool Voomi and you've lost a client. I know that this may not effect anything because no one cares about customer service anymore but I'm just gonna be the Karen and hopefully it'll steer some people away from making the purchase from Voomi.
