My wife ordered 4 AC cutoff switches for $240.00. Voomi collected the money, sent a tracking number as well as an order confirmation, then cancelled the order. They offered to reinstate the order for over $400.00!!!! They also did not return the original money we paid. Once they collected payment and sent the tracking number (items never left their warehouse), the purchase was complete. The only word to describe them...FRAUDS!!! They effectively stole $240.00. If you're thinking of ordering from them, BEWARE. The only reason they even received 1 star was because there was no option for negative stars.

I purchased four items when they were on clearance, Voomi charged my credit card $240 on April 22, provided me with shipping number and cancel my order on April 25. I received email with offer to reorder my parts for $445.76. Now I’m trying to get money back. Company is awful!!

They don't live up to their company values. Nor are they customer support friendly at resolving their mess ups.

20% restocking fee if you make a return AND they charge you shipping. Use anyone else.

Shipped me an obviously physically damaged motor. They told me to participate in a fraudulent scheme to lie to UPS and say that it was damaged in shipping (which it was not). Everyday they lie to me saying they're going to ship out the replacement motor that afternoon, but they don't. At least I got my money back from the credit card company. Scammers.

I ordered some expensive and hard to find Trane air conditioning filters on Friday and they were delivered in perfect condition on Monday. The Voomi price was the best I found. Good transaction!!!
