We ordered a blower motor, received it the next . Fit perfect but only worked for a hour then it locked up. We call the company and they gave us our full amount back on our card and paid for part to go back. ( we was able to get it replacement before this company got back to us ) Thank you and appreciate your call back. Hoping to do more business with you in future.

Ordered Thermostat. Received an email saying it was shipped. 4 days later I emailed support to be told they would check into my claim. No answer for 2 days, then they refund my purchase which I haven’t received yet and no response as to why they sold me an item they don’t seem to have. I would not recommend this company

The product is good, but the shipping is bad. I paid for an expedited delivery, promising a two days one. But it took actually 5 days. Do not waste your money on expedited shipping.

Scam company. I ordered a part and they sent a tracking number but it never shipped. I ALREADY EMAILED SUPPORT. They reply and say the package was delivered a week ago with a different tracking number. That tracking number is to a completely different state. Let’s see if the canned response bothers to read the review and tells me to email support again.

Don't buy from Voomi, I bought two mini splits, they don't work and they don't refund anything if you bought online.
