I am HVAC/Refrigeration contractor. I do on-line orders for my business (parts/materials/equipment) every day from a dozen of suppliers. Had very unlucky experience with my orders from Voomi Supply. Out of 5 order.. 1 order got cancelled a week later because the item “wasn’t in stock”.. The web page says it’s in stock, However, it was ~$23 and now it’s ~$270.. 2 orders out of 5.. wrong items were send. Actually, I still didn’t receive the order #5.. So, I don’t know if it’s going to be a hit or a miss. Long story short, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing parts/materials for your business. Too much of headache with returns/refunds. It takes your time to call them, to package and to bring the wrong item to UPS… There are at least a dozen of other on-line suppliers that are doing WAY-WAY better job,

I was sent a furnace control board, upon opening the box the board was in an opened envelope which i emailed them notification as it arrived on Saturday. The HVAC tech said it should be sealed. I told him try it anyway it's cold in the house. Part was wrong or bad now they tell me 8-10 weeks to replace part or refund my money. Terrible customer service only people you can talk to are answering service in another country.

They next day air the part to me, I was up and running by noon! My HVAC rep couldn't get the part for 2 weeks and told me I couldn't buy a second head unit from Mitsubishi without buying the condensor too. The head unit arrived in perfect condition. Hope this helps
