I ordered a part on the 17th. I also paid for the next day air as our ac is out in florida and the temps are in the 100s. It is now the 21st and I still don't have my part. I have been communicating with customer service for 2 days with the promise of my part being here today. Tracking says UPS still hasn't received the package. All I get is basic responses with no real answers. Talk about lack of service and communication, this company takes the cake. Now im worried about the hassle I'll have to go through to get a refund. Before you tell me to email you Tricia, how about you reach out to me about your poor customer service and shipping. I'm sure you can find my email address. My package wasn't held up by UPS. Thats been established by your customer service representative. It never left the warehouse. Until today, supposedly.

Hi Cheilsea. We understand how important it is to receive your part quickly—especially with the high temperatures you’re facing—and we appreciate you reaching out. We know delays like this are incredibly frustrating, particularly when expedited shipping was selected. Our team is currently looking into what caused the holdup with UPS and why your next day air shipment hasn’t moved as expected. We’re actively working to resolve this and will be following up with you directly to provide a clear update and make things right. We appreciate your patience and will be in touch shortly.
