Voomi regularly engages in fraudulent sales practices, listing a specific item then shipping a completely different product, multiple times this has happened and then they expect the buyer to spend their valuable time starting a return process which takes time, all the while your funds have been tied up.
Response from voomisupply.comNov 5, 2025

Company stated on their website item would ship same day if ordered by 12 pm. I ordered at 9 AM and the item still hasn't shipped two days later. Calls to customer service are directed to some far off place in India, where they are less then helpless, saying it's their company policy to not ship it the same day, and one time told me the ups man just hasn't gone to their warehouse in the last two days. If you need an item in a reasonable amount of time don't order from here. Anyone talking about how good the customer service is a shill.

Hi Jacob, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating shipping delays can be. While we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, same-day shipping is dependent on both product availability and carrier pickup schedules, which can occasionally cause unexpected delays. We also apologize if our communication did not meet your expectations. We take feedback like this seriously and will review your case internally to ensure better clarity and consistency in the future. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your order number so we can look into this specific shipment and work toward a resolution. — The Voomi Supply Team
