First of all the people on the phone are well trained and courteous. But the company itself apparently has no intentions of helping with any warranty claims. I purchased an outdoor HVAC compressor unit which failed to start on immediate install by a skilled HVAC company. Voomi left it up to the installer to get a new PCB board. New board was installed and the unit still failed to run. HVAC installer spent two full days on the phone with the MTFG techs researching the problem. HVAC company said it was cost prohibitive to continue testing each component and swapping out components. Voomi said that the MTFG’er would not take back the unit because “it was installed”. Well you have to install it to know if it works or not! Then Voomi said because I was now past their 30 days and there is nothing they can do about even replacing the malfunctioned unit. I was stuck with a non functioning unit out of the box, labor costs for installed and two days of repair with nothing to show for it. I then had to decide to take a several thousand dollar loss and buy another one or find another HVAC company willing to work on it. It is now 3 months later with still no working unit, waiting for parts and hope it will work with a third HVAC company! Still forking out money. Voomi made zero effort to help in any way, lots of thank you emails and we will check, but zero problem solving and a real we don’t give a sh… we have your money attitude as far as I’m concerned. You are on your own and the installer won’t care because you didn’t buy it from him. So hope when you buy everything goes smoothly or your money will be stolen from you by both Voomi and the MTFG company.

Hi p valentine, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve experienced with your HVAC unit and we understand how frustrating and stressful this situation has been. While our team strives to assist with warranty concerns, it’s clear that your experience did not meet the level of communication and support we aim to provide. We apologize for any confusion surrounding our warranty policies, return eligibility, and the coordination with the manufacturer’s technical support. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we will be using it to improve how we communicate expectations, support installers, and assist customers when technical issues arise. Team Voomi Supply
