Parts were easy to find but further research was needed
Parts were easy to find. Compatibility info was a bit vague within the description of my particular item though. I needed to do further research outside of your site to get the specific info I needed before placing my order. Specifically if it would fit my earlier model. Your site says: "Compatible Models: BES920, RMBES920BSXL, BES920BSP1BUS2, BES920CNP1BUS2, and more." My model is BES900. Not a big issue, more of a minor annoyance.

Better Price and Excellent Customer Service
The Voomi team not only had the parts I needed at a better price than I could get locally, they also quickly helped me with the complexity of tax exemption for a project. And I'll receive the items weeks sooner than local supply houses could get them.
