Bait & switch. Beware. After purchasing a cooler unit 2 days later they decided to increase the shipping cost. 4 days and am still waiting for my refund.
Response from voomisupply.comSep 29, 2026
Hi there,, We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the change in shipping cost after your order was placed. We understand how disappointing it was to purchase the cooler at one shipping price and then be informed that an additional shipping charge would be required. We also understand your concern regarding the time it is taking to receive your refund. We regret that this experience has caused you to feel misled and apologize for the inconvenience and delay. If your refund has not yet been received, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number so our team can review the current refund status. Best regards, Voomi Supply Team [email protected]

The website clearly states that they're a Philadelphia company, so I ordered from them because I'd get the part the next day. Now I see that the product is shipping from Seattle and won't be here for almost a week. They won't let me cancel the order and they want to charge me for shipping back to Seattle. Never again!
Response from voomisupply.comSep 29, 2026
Hi Dan, We sincerely apologize for the frustration and confusion regarding the shipping location and delivery timeframe for your order. We understand that you placed the order expecting a faster delivery based on our company location, only to later find that the item was shipping from a different warehouse and would take longer to arrive. Our products may ship from different warehouse locations depending on inventory and availability, and we regret that the expected delivery timeframe was not clearer when you placed your order. We also understand your frustration that the order could not be canceled once it had entered the fulfillment process and that returning it would involve additional shipping costs. We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience this experience caused. If you would like us to review your order and return options further, please contact us at [email protected]. Best regards, Voomi Supply Team [email protected]
