I was at 3161 . Located 10321 sepulveda , mission hills, ca 91345. Date 02/15/25 I ask the about the rest rooms while checking out the cashier she said by produce these while she was checking my products. Then I ask is there a code and she said yes. She told me the code but I had a million things in my mind and asked her if she would write it down but she kept repeating the code over and over and she said also said she did have t anything to write with . These cashier name is Rosa and she wears plain clothes which make her a some kind of a manager. Eventually another employee came in the picture and because of that she told the employee to go and open the restroom door. Cashiers need to a pen in hand specially if their managers.these cashier didn't want to assist me and was rude by repeating the code over and over and not writing it down .
