VonsReviews of vons.com

Carlos was so sweet At the palmdale, store We made a nice relationship Thanks Vons palmdale.

I want to thank Mohammed for helping me today, I had a situation regarding delivery and needed his help to get in touch with my driver. Not only did he get in touch with my driver. He also helped me with a few items that they were out of and I have to say his customer service is amazing. I consider this above and beyond And I’ve been in the customer service industry for years.

I was given immediate, personal, and joyful item-finding service by a cashier supervisor named Jennifer. Probably the best trip I've ever made to my local Vons, the one I shop at most frequently. I was delighted to find the item (on sale) that I was not even sure they'd have, in a specialty section.

Good good food

I shop here almost exclusively. They carry a large variety of products so I don't have to go to other stores for most specialty items that I purchase. I am vegetarian and not all supermarkets have some of the items I like. You can save quite a bit of money by becoming a member which is free, but if you opt for the Fresh Pass membership it is $99 annually. I have the fresh pass because the points you build up never expire, but they do for the free membership. I like to save my points then cash them all in every 3-4 months. I usually choose the free groceries for my reward. For example I have 4 rewards currently and if I wanted to cash them in I would select the $5 off my next purchase of $5 or more. I hope they don't merge with Ralph's, as this would reduce competition and drive up prices and who needs that in this time of inflated prices? They are also the only grocery store that carries the Arizona black and white tea with ginseng and honey, my favorite beverage.

a good experienece but not very good
