Too confusing and way too expensive
I had a lot of trouble getting my product out there on the web unless i would pay exorbitant amounts of money to several different promoters and one that called me was so persistant and rude i just wanted out so i cancelled my site even after paying for merchant accounts and a 1 year domain. Not for me thank you

Great Service
Once again i had a small problem and contacted Volusion to figure it out. I was all set within minutes and received very friendly advice and service. I would highly recommend contacting the help service to reduce your stress trying to figure out small problems

Volusion employees helped me quickly every time I needed it!
When I pay my hard earned money for a product I expect exceptional products and superior customer service. Volusion is such a company. Volusion is reasonable priced and has great free templates (use a responsive template). They also have great employees who went out of there way to help me solve complex problems every time. I would recommend Volusion to anyone looking to host a web store. Keep up the great work guys!

Volusion is amazing - I've used it for 8 years - took me from hobby to million dollar company!
I chose Volusion 8 years ago when researching web stores and have found it to be amazing and support my business in becoming successful beyond my dreams! The reason it has been so great is that it is simple to use, but can also be developed to a more sophisticated level - and most things are customisable. We have achieved very strong SEO with Volusion and the support is incredible. I have been super happy with Volusion from the start where i build and managed my website myself right up to today where it is managed and developed by a team of people. Highly recommended. We have approximately had 15 minutes down time in 8 years!!

Patience and KNOWLEDGE .
LOVE Volusion! They have really helped me manage my own site without having to rely on someone else who doesn't make my website a priority. I like to make announcements or try a new marketing strategy and I can now do this by myself or a quick call to the incredibly patient and so helpful staff at Volusion. Many Thanks from someone who has learned alot through your simple management of my web site.
