Volusions is a a comprehensive product and meets almost all out shopping cart needs. We use it to support our nonprofit online sales, payment and shipping for products, fees and services. Since we are a nonprofit, we relied upon a few volunteers to setup and manage the system. Setup took us some time and we relied heavily on tutorials and online contact with Volusions support team. It took us 4 months to get the product up and running so allow time to learn the system and how to set up a functioning shopping cart. Days to day operations is fairly straight forward and we have very few issues out volunteers can't handle. It works great for us! Check out their nonprofit support.

since I built my own website on Volusion platform without any technical background and assistance. it did take me a while and I was learning as I was building my site. it took a few years but now I'm very comfortable with my site and the amount of business it generates.

I was recommended to Volusion by a person who worked with them through a mid-size retail site. I was extremely pleased with the ease a novice like me had in handling the back side of the site. Any time I had a question I couldn't find an answer for in the knowledge base, a terrific resource, the support staff were most helpful, even when it was an issue that turned out to be a minor fault on the phone order page, they figured it out, and hopefully an update will improve the functionality of that page. Hi, I had spend more than 2 years searching and trying to find the best solution to build my online store because I was dreaming always to have my own online store. I tried many many companies offering online store solution in the Internet and I had tried most of them (trail period). Volusion only really I found it delivering my needs. So, according to that I started my online store with them and I am so happy to take this decision. Many thanks to Volusion.

I have spoken with several staff members, and it's my option Volusion's philosophy is to be pleasant and patient, to explain on the level of the caller, not to end the call until the caller obtains the answer/information he/she called about. Although I've received assistant for over 45 minutes, I would rather not have to wait 45 minutes to have my call answered. Volusion's fees are fair and as such, I assume they don't have a large number of agents to take calls, therefore the wait time can be long. So I work while I wait and pray other callers do not give the agents a hard time about the wait. That'll take more time away from the next caller. As a new business, I can understand having a minimum staff, and doing the best at what we're able to do.

Great attention to customer service needs. To me, that is the most important thing. Everyone has been very helpful and detailed. It feels as if we both work in the same office.

The shipping calculator needs a little work.
