Could not be happier.
Setting up my selling site was a bit daunting at first, but once i was working at it, everything was pretty self-explanatory. Anytime i messed up or locked myself out of my account(yes I did do that a couple of times!), Volusion was very helpful with unlocking and any other problems I've had. Very pleased with he service...and all here in the Great State of Texas!

I was with them for a couple year but I had to shout my site down of no fault of there's and it was everything you need in a website with quick service

Excellent service -- especially for a gross novice like me.
Being essentially totally ignorant about commercial service websites, Volusion was excellent in getting my site up and functional in spite of the complexity of organizations and services to accept credit card payments. Their pro services group were all very helpful with weekly 'new surprises' in getting started.

Not very happy
Ever since they have changed their format it is harder to read the screen and it takes forever to enter data. It takes me twice as long, which in a business sense time is money. I now have 3 extra steps in one transaction. The color blue they have chosen for a background is hard to see what you are doing.

I setup our store to look just like our old website, with the addition of products for sale. It was a good learning experience, being my first ecommerce experience. And Volusion stuck by us all the way to help with the learning curve and to get our store up and running.
