Easy set up and wonderful service!

Volusion has so many very useful built in services that making your eCommerce site extremely flexible.

Would like to have a way to make a gallery page on site. I am not computer literate and do the best I can and your directions as assistance has been wonderful. Just would like a page where I can show off the many pictures I get year round from customer who purchase our pieces.

Customer service is outstanding, if you have a gold account and can access free phone support any time. But the program overall has serious limitations. It seems great for something like a hardware retailer that has tons of products. But we are a high-end skin care company, and things like communicating our image satisfactorily through the site, gift certificates, bundled products and inventory tracking were way too problematic and/or limited for our needs.

Every time I call the Volusion customer support with a question or technical issue, the problem is either resolved immediately or within the day. I am very satisfied with Volusion in general.
