Absolutely terrible e-commerce site
Absolutely terrible e-commerce site. I have been in business for 13 years and switching to Volusion was easily the worst business decision I have made during that time. Their checkout is flatly broken and loses you many customers. Avoid these guys - ANYONE else is better.

As I started my new business 3 years …
As I started my new business 3 years ago the vast task of creating a website that could take safe payments was overwhelming. A friend told me about Volusion. I have had NOTHING but a GREAT experience. I am hard to please as I give exceptional service and I can say that Volusion is one company that can rival my service. 24/7 NEVER an attitude when I need help and some of my questions I am sure are annoying!! I have never had an issue with my site not once. Really, I can't say enough about Volusion. I am a customer for LIFE!!

Its advertised as Don't Waste your …
Its advertised as Don't Waste your money keep your transaction fees, AsSoonAs I opened the add the first thing I saw on the lowest starter package was 2% transaction fee. I couldn't go any further what else is hidden in plan view

The standards have slipped!
I joined Volusion in 2011, and they used to be a pretty good service. but they have seriously slipped over the past few years, and now I am constantly faced with errors and 'bugs' in my checkout system. These bugs take forever to fix, and not once have Volusion offered me compensation for all the thousands of pounds I have lost due to this issue! This has become a big concern for me, as I am trying to run a business, and yet I keep losing money because of issues that are not my fault. If you are considering starting up an online store, then stay away from Volusion. Taking payment is the most important aspect of any online store, and this is something that even Volusion can't seem to get right!

Great Experience!!
After switching to Volusion a couple of years ago, we have noticed an increase in sales and customer satisfaction. Whenever there is a tech issue, it's so easy to call the 24 hour support and get help immediately. Overall working with Volusion has been a great experience!!

Incredible customer service
I have called many times with questions and each time I am serviced efficiently with tremendous patience (sometimes my questions are "duh" questions). I am always thrilled with the help I receive.
