Volusion Consumer Web Store License Agreement Upgrade
Shauna Cassity is our new Volusion Enterprise Account Manager. We have been using the Volusion Consumer Web Store since Year 2010. When I received my last quarterly invoice from Volusion, I was surprised to see a significant dollar increase (due to bandwidth overage charges). The invoice had always been a constant amount in the past. Modifications were made to provide a “better customer experience” to our Volusion Consumer Web Store front-end. We did not realize the effect on the bandwidth usage. I contacted Shauna. She politely and professionally explained our options. We choose to upgrade our agreement from 150 GB per month to 500 GB per month. Turns out, we will be saving money while receiving the increased bandwidth limit! My “customer experience “ with her was excellent. I am comfortable that she will do whatever she can to assist us. Contact me if you have questions or concerns.
