Ordered bottomless portafilters and new…
Ordered bottomless portafilters and new gaskets. Gaskets arrived quickly portafilters did not. I emailed after a week to see what was going on, I was told it was being looked into. A couple of days later (still no response) I emailed again and asked for an update. I was told there was a delay. Another week goes by I email asking for an update, get nothing. Two or three days later I email again asking for an update, that is when I ordered from an other website. They shipped that day.

Communication was very poor
Communication was very poor. I couldn't get an answer on when my machine would be shipped.

Craig — "when will my machine ship" is a simple question that should have had a simple answer. Our order-status process was being rebuilt during our ownership change in early 2022 and wasn't giving the team good information to pass on. Nonetheless we should have been able to deliver more timely communication. Lead times on the site now track what each manufacturer is actually quoting. Sorry for the runaround you experienced. I trust you'll have a very different experience with Voltage now. — Ryan
