VM InnovationsReviews of vminnovations.com

I ordered my item (Electric Nail File) without reading the reviews for VMInnovations and was quite concerned I would not be satisfied with my order, but thought, to give it a shot. I received my order on time, on the date that was said, which was from 2-3, package carrier , business days. My order was intact, no damage or missing parts. It was brand new, never opened. I'm am beyond satisfied with my order and do not regret giving them a try, despite the negative reviews. Maybe people don't mention the good experiences?

Lost my $90 package and I cant get to talk to anyone off on a all hands on deck retreat..like wft.. no business. Totally disgusted wit vminnovations and ontrac..i want a refund and I'll never use either again..on track lady very very rude..

I have ordered 2 inverters for my husband's truck so he has the capability of using a microwave, toaster etc. while on the road so he can stop anywhere to have his meals. I received them in the specified time frame and have had no issues and the price was a lot cheaper than other places.

False advertising on pool pump cartridge size. VMInnovations was slow to reply at first, plus told me I have to pay for return shipping on an item that was their error. I emailed back explaining that most good companies will not require a customer to pay return shipping if the error was the company's fault. VMInnovations ceased contact. I guess I'll sell these wrong size filter cartridges on ebay (except I won't falsely advertise like VMInnovations did).

Bought a Bushnell rangefinder that specifically said it was new. They sent me a refurbished model that had no instructions, battery, lens cleaner - nothing. When I brought this issue to them they offered me $40 - less than I could have bought a refurbished model for (and I didn’t want a refurbished model). Do not order from these guys.

I'm surprised at all the negative comments here. I have ordered three times over the past two years and been highly satisfied with every order. The prices were good, communication about the order was prompt and accurate and the items were delivered speedily and well packed.

Think twice before placing an order here. Ordered filter cartridges for an 8 foot intex pool. Website told me I needed "H" size. Were wrong filters. Cost 22.00 for a dozen. Called customer service & they said I had to pay return shipping to the tune of 18.00. When I said that was ridiculous, they offered me 5.00 for my "inconvenience ". So I'm out 17.00 and have a dozen filters I can't use. PS: I TOLD THEM I WOULD BE USING AMAZON EXCLUSIVELY IN THE FUTURE WHERE THEY PAY RETURN SHIPPING!

HORRIBLE DO NOT TRUST THEM!! IF you actually get the item you ordered, they will probably try to bait and switch so that you will be forced to order another but similar item. I reported them to the better business bureu.
