Exceptional customer service.
Accidentally put the wrong address in for shipping. Customer service was incredibly quick at resolving the issue and everything is back on track 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend using this again.

Customer service is excellent.
This company it five stars because they not just care for the money you can spend they care more for the customer service than the money itself... They help you courteously and they make you feel important and valuable. Definitely I will buy more from this store.

Good Response
I ordered 4 pair of glasses (regular and prescription sunglasses) I kept 3 and sent one back; I received a refund in 24 hours and all my email inquiries were answered in 12 hours; One frame I ordered I wanted 2 pairs of the same frame but they only had one frame available (weird) so I had to order an equal priced item (no problem) This company has a decent selection and average priced frames and lenses...so far, so good...

Excellent quality of service and product. I loved my new glasses and my prescriptions was exact, the spectacular mount. The best thing was that the shipment was fast when processing my order. Really inexpensive glasses for all types of consumers. Thank all.

Horrible customer service
Did not respond to emails at first. Kept making excuses. Then the type.of lenses I need is progressive. Yhen they tell me it will cost more, pay it or get a refund. Thr worst customer service ever.

We're sorry for the inconvenience caused. Our progressive lenses are more expensive than ordinary single vision lenses. If the lenses in your order are ordinary single vision lenses, you need to make up the lens price difference if you want to replace them with progressive lenses. Thank you for your understanding.
