After my order was processed, Vlook reached out directly when the last available frame didn’t pass their own quality inspection. They communicated quickly, directly, and personably and helped me find a different frame. Rather than send me a sub-quality product and hope I didn’t notice, they were honest and communicative. The glasses are incredibly designed and are very affordable and the shipping is fast and reliable as stated. They are my go to for nice affordable glasses.
