Attention, SCAM! Ordered two pairs of glasses, both with the same prescricption data I used for all my previous orders with different other vendors (so I definitely can say the data is correct, because all my glasses from other vendors work perfectly). The VLOOK glasses (progressive lenses) both don´t work at all, I can´t read and can´t see anything on my computer at all, they are unusable. VLOOK customer support rejected to refund.

I had never ordered from Vlook before, but loved the price point and thought I’d give them an go. After my order was processed, Vlook reached out directly when the last available frame didn’t pass their own quality inspection. They communicated quickly, directly, and personably and helped me find a different frame. Rather than send me a sub-quality product and hope I didn’t notice, they were honest and communicative. I’ll take that kind of service commitment every day!! Thank you for that, Vlook team! Y’all may have a consistent customer moving forward :)

The glasses are incredibly designed and are very affordable and the shipping is fast and reliable as stated. They are my go to for nice affordable glasses.
