I am very happy with my overall experience with Vizilok. The website was very easy to navigate. Products are clearly labeled and prices were visible. I chatted with customer service on lead times. Victoria was extremely polite and answered all my additional questions. It was very easy to place my order and my confirmation arrived within a few minutes of my purchase. The best part of all... my product shipped within an hour of my confirmed purchase! I do business with many companies and this was by far one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences that I've had. I am excited to see the quality of this product and hope to do business with Vizilok again.

Very easy to navigate and place order!

You have all my information to make this order happen. I placed it on line Monday 3/9, but had to check on it again yesterday since it wasn't here only to find out it was pending. Also I left a voice message asking them to call or email with status. No return phone call but this email came over many hours later telling me it shipped. Very poor service.

Product failed after a month. Replacement was sent to the wrong address. When notified a second replacement was not sent out as discussed. 2 weeks later had another 30 min phone conversation and was asked to be copied on tracking, that never happened. Very poor customer service.
