VizilokReviews of vizilok.com

No issues, the door locks work perfectly.

Excellent product and service

easy website to order from and product works well.

I'm an independent locksmith. I purchased 12 locks to get a reasonable discount. I just sold and installed my first one the other day. It was the model C3FA. It was easy to install; easy to reverse the handing, and it seemed to be well made. It's replacing a Baldwin Prestige (Kwikset) privacy lever which had a broken lever return spring and broken interior side (C-shaped) spindle. So, the old one got a lot of use and a bit of abuse. It'll be interesting to see how well this one holds up. I have high expectations for it based on the way it seems to be constructed. I'll keep you-all posted if things change. At the time I purchased these the C5FA-L/R wasn't available. If I had this in stock, it probably would have been my first choice because the inside is self unlocking. One less point of abuse! I just ordered two each of the C5FA Left and Right.

Easy to work with, streamlined process

Good product

Ease of use beginning to end.

I bought some Viziloks for a kayak club in Perth Australia, so I wanted to discuss shipping before making the purchase. Vizilok were responsive and very helpful. So far the handles/locks have performed perfectly, and were very easy to fit (replacing previous handles/locks). A member of another club has already asked me for details, which I happily passed on.
