Product is good - though this purchase was to replace a latchset we purchased from Indicatorlocks in 2017; not great durability. I would expect to get 25+ years out of a latchset. The website failed to link the model number of the original latchset to one currently available, and the "promo code" was not accepted. Finally, there is no method to contact anyone; we have gone a day without a response to phone and e-mail inquiries. We are an architectural firm and are familiar with the resources available from more established hardware manufacturers, and I was disappointed by the lack of support available. It's good to see the new ADA latchsets and I hope they continue to develop products, improve quality, and increase support.

I received my order quickly, however no invoice was sent with the box. Also the item I ordered was in a box that had a description for a different lock than what I ordered. However, when I opened it, it was the correct lock that I ordered. It looked as if my lock was put in a box that had obviously been opened-perhaps one that had been returned?

The locks were just as described. And they were received quickly. I would definitely use them again if needed.

It functions as it is suppose to i just thought the build of the lock was cheap for a lack of better words. I also didn't like that the screws weren't covered by the beauty ring.

Great customer service; locks I ordered wouldn’t be in stock for awhile so they called me to let me know and helped find similar locks that were in stock and ready to ship. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers; very refreshing and “old school” in that respect. Highly recommend Vizilok to all my friends and colleagues.

We set up an account and are a wholesale distributer servicing the construction industry. When I tried to order heavy duty locks at that account site, there was no access to heavy duty locks there. I only was able to order heavy duty locks from the general website, and we received no discount there.
