I purchased a set of Vivtone hearing aids for my husband. A few months later one stopped working. I contacted Vivtone. They were very helpful. By cleaning the tube I was able to fix it. Thank you Vivtone for your excellent customer service.

I had tried 4 other types of hearing aids, three inexpensive and one expensive. They all had problems and stopped working after 2-3 months (one actually arrived broken). The Vivtone, after some tricky positioning in the ear - they are very sensitive and will produce feedback if not placed properly - I now have great hearing aids and can hear better (not just louder, but also clearer). Patience paid off. And Custoner service was fast and understanding.

The Vivtone Super Mini B hearing aids are truly excellent for their very low price--actually, they would be excellent for any price. They are clear and easy to use, and they have different settings for different levels of hearing loss. I have significant loss, and yet I can use the lowest setting, but I'm sure someone with great hearing loss could use the highest setting, where every sound comes through very well. In spite of their efficiency, the hearing aids are almost invisible. The charger also works very well. One last point--customer service is fantastic. Thank you to Vivtone!

The antenna needs to be a tad longer to be able to remove the hearing aid from your ear. The reception is BETTER than the $5000 hearing aids I had prior to these. Thank you for everything. Now I'm not blasting my little dogs eardrums out while watching TV. SINCERELY, HOUSTON ALLMAN
