Just in case you forgot, they have an outstanding customer service group. I had some trouble with one of the ear pieces, they were very responsive and after all was said and done they replaced it. As far as I can tell, it's an excellent product and it works very well for me.

I paid $5,000 for my hearing aids and have problems hearing. I have been seaching on line for OTC hearing aids and deceided to purchase Vivtone Xpure, and I am so happy I did. I can now hear things I could not hear before, like the TV and my grandkids. Also can hear in large groups. Definately recommend them.

I have had my Xpure hearing aids for a couple weeks now and my experience has been great. No whistles, battery life is great. The only thing I can express is the app needs some work.

It makes my hearing so much better. My wife really likes not having to repeat so much to me. The service has been great. I had some problems initially and Cindy was great. She was very helpful and amazingly dependably. I am 85 y/o and had hundreds of people over the years tell they would do things, and it never happened. Everything Cindy told me she would do it was done in a timely manner. I never had to make a second request.
