I purchased the Vivtone Xpure Digital Hearing Aids while they were heavily discounted. I received them within a week on July 19th 2025. My hearing was immediately enhanced almost to the point of being too much. I recently contacted the Vivtone Support Department and was immediately contacted by Cindy who helped me set up my hearing aids to Bluetooth which has given the ability to adjust the volume to different environments and situations. My improved hearing has vastly improved my life as well those of my loved ones! My hearing loss no longer affects the lives of loved ones and friends!

Has all the same features that my old $5000 hearing aids did.

I changed from aids from a local audiologist when one of the rechargeable batteries went dead and they wanted $400 each to replace them. Bought Vivtone BTE set for much less than new batteries. After about 4 months one went out, I asked for help and the advice I received fixed the problem.

The hearing aids equal if not surpass previous models that I have paid up to $4000 for. I like the fact that they are rechargeable but that does leave me questioning how long the batteries will last before they won't hold a charge for very long. I like that they link to your cell and can be customized to an individual. So far so good. Great product.

Now the world sounds so different! Haven't heard it for so long. The ear pieces are a bit bigger than I expected buy good enough and for a good price. I ordered it before I found out the new customers 15% discount, I email them and they immediately credited me for the difference. Great PR.

I have used hearing aids for many years. My first ones cost more than $5000.00. That was before I retired . I needed replacements and searched Walmart and found Vivtone . Not being able to spend big bucks, I decided to try these. I am pleased that they work as good, if not better than my old ones.

I purchased the XPure hearing aids and I love them!!! Very easy to set up. The app is very easy to use!! Customer service is great and easy to connect with. Will definitely purchase from Vivtone again!
