Performance superior to others I have tried!

This company and it's people make great products some are just rather semi-difficult to see on line because of coloring within the image. However these are excellent and very comfortable. They go in and give excellent audio which you can easily adjust the output. In fact they work so well and fit so nicely many times I forget their in however when that happens I simply put a hand over my ear which creates a minor feedback. I do such because I don't want accidently shower or swim with them in. In the past 5 years I've had 3 other sets from other companies and over ear types ect. These are without a doubt the best I purchased and used. I also updated my opinion because can't say enough they also last for days on a single charge and recharge in just a few hours.

I received these quickly and am already using them. They really work! Make sure you read the instructions so you understand how to use them correctly. I am a first time user so am adjusting them a lot. But no squealung unless I touch them incorrectly.

good value for the money, first pair I bought did not meet my needs when I contacted customer service to return them they sent me an upgraded model at no extra charge. the new ones are working great it's amazing to be able to hear again.

I have received the two pair of SuperMini B aids and so far they are just as advertised - they fit nicely inside my ear canal, they have long life with charging and most importantly they cut on when removed from the charging case and cut off when replaced in the charging case. My previous aids had to be cut on and off manually and you could only tell if they were on or off with hearing beeps. If I could hear the beeps, I wouldn't need the aids! Often, I thought they were off but they did not recharge fully as they were still on inside the case - so these match the description and the needs beautifully!

The service I received from Cindy went without saying beyond my expectation. She was prompt, accurate and sounded genuinely caring. I wish more people who provide services were like her. Thank you for your help Cindy.
