Vivtone supermini hearing aids. Great audio. Comfortable, easily charged. Recommend to any one.

First time I have purchased a hearing aid and the entire process has been perfect. Although I thought the Supermini-b units would be great, I had an issue adjusting the sound volume, etc. due to my fat fingers. I contacted support and Cindy took care of me and got me set up for a Bluetooth model that I could make settings changes on my phone. This company is great and I would recommend them to anyone with less than perfect hearing. We may get older but it is refreshing to find a company that cares about helping its customers in this new phase of their lives! Doug J

Since I have severe hearing loss, I was hopeful that the Aura Link aids would help me. I have a couple of issues with them, though. Number one, I don't like the design of the charging case. There is no flat bottom to let it stand up. Number two is going to require me to contact customer care, since I am unable to connect the aids using bluetooth. I am also having trouble getting the aids properly set up to handle my hearing loss. So far, customer care has been very supportive, and I am hopeful they will be able to solve the problems I have encountered. I will update this review after I have contacted customer care.

The hearing aid is very comfortable and easy to get use to!
