I have only had them a couple days but so far I like them.

I've tried other otc hearing aid companies that were okay but The Lucid 508's work so much better.I'm very happy with the sound quality and sounds I haven't heard in a very long time.

The Vivtone Xpure Bluetooth Hearing Aids are terrible. Distorted sound. If it is connected to your Bluetooth, the battery lasts only four hours. Bought it through Bestbuy. Bestbuy has a thirty day return policy for hearing aids, but since this was a drop ship order, I found out too late it was a two week trial period. Vivtone has a sixty day trial period, but told me they were subject to Bestbuy’s return policy. It is absurd having a 14 day trial period for hearing aids. I have been wearing them since 2019. These companies refuse to stand by its product. PS Oct. 17, 2026-Vivtone validated my review by affirming that, if bought through Bestbuy, the return policy is just 14 days. For those of us who are hard of hearing, this is absurd. All other professional hearing aid companies know to give a much longer trial period. Some even up to six months. Thank you Vivtone for backing me up.

Been using vivtone 508s for over a year now, they worked great, So because I had such good luck with them I ordered a new pair of Xpure. I have had them a couple of weeks now and so far they are performing great. And as for the customer service I would rate it excellent. When new technology comes around I will order from Vivtone again.

Just received the hearing aids and will be getting myself set up to start using hearing aids for the first time in my life. I have mild hearing loss at my age (82) and needed to buy a good product that would be relatively easy to use. Looked at alternative options and decided that these hearing aids were the right ones for me.

I have had the hearing aids for about a year, with good service. I recently had lower volume from the left hearing aid. I contacted Vivtone Support, and they were able to direct me to the problem - a clogged ear dome! Very satisfied with the quick and efficient service!

I am still in the early days of using Vivtone Lucid508-Silver hearing aids, consulting User Manual when necessary. This is my 3rd pair of BTE hearing aids over many years, so I just have to learn how to adjust sound level etc. Most pleased that hearing aids stay in place when I take my glasses off.

I have owned other hearing aids, mainly in ear canal types which popped out while chewing or moving about. I was looking for bte type, rechargeable and at a reasonable price hence i decided on the Vivtone508-S. So far they are working as advertised and a great deal.
