Dear Customer: Hello. Thanks for your feedback. Since you are only ordering the Front Fork Bowl Ball Rack. The bike model you purchased is only a combination of 2 Ball Racks. If you need the entire combo portion, you will need to purchase the Front Fork Bowl Set. If this bike component is of no use to you, you can contact customer service to return it.

Most of our electric bikes currently only have three levels of pedal assistance, which may not meet the needs for multi-level pedal assistance and higher speed travel.
