I've bought an Ebike from Walmart. It should be H7UL but when I received it, the model name is AMAK00017. I am quite satisfied with the performance so far. Especially, climbing capability. But it may have caused by the light weight of myself. Product itself give me 4.5 out of 5 considering the price. After riding 3 times, the headlight came off because of stock small washer and it couldn't hold it right. I used bigger washer (2 of them) and now it's ok.) However, the service department response is very unsatisfactory. I want to know more about my eBikes . Especially, I want to know where controller is located and want to know how it is wired. Stock battery is only 10.4 ah and range is very limited. To add additional battery, I need to know how it is currently wired. The controller seemed to be located on the battery cradle/base. Please let me know how it is wired.

Dear Customer: Hello. The electric bike you purchased is H7UL. H7UL is the bike model. AMAK00017 is our frame number and product SKU code, and the string of digital codes on the head tube is our production batch number, also called the serial number. The controller of the H7UL electric bike is integrated in the battery base, and the integrated controller is integrated with the DP-5C battery base. If you need to replace the battery with a larger capacity, just choose the battery with the "48V DP-5C 4-pin" battery base, which is also sold on our website and you can also buy it on Amazon.

I really enjoy the bikes. I wish the handle bar could extend up so you aren't leaning forward so much, but I understand now that I probably would have to order a different style. It's fine for me, but my wife would like to be more upright. The reason for 3 stars and not more is because after the first 8 mile trip, the push button shifter on the right side of the handle bar is not working right. You can still move it with your thumb, but the push button part is not working. Also the front brakes on one bike are constantly rubbing. If you lift front tire off the ground and spin it, the tire stops before 2 revolutions because of the brake not being in the correct position. Hopefully I can look up some YouTube and figure out how to adjust it but there's no adjustments in the instruction manual. After our 3rd ride, the front tire of my wife's bike is now flat. Mine is not flat and they are identical, so maybe she just was unfortunate. All in all they are fun to use and love that we can go on extended rides without worrying about her knee injury flaring up the next day. Since returning the bikes is not really an option once you open the package unless there is some major quality issue, we will be using these bikes for hopefully many years. I had originally thought I might purchase extra batteries to double the range, but after realizing the price of the battery was more than half the price of the whole bike I dismissed that thought. If I could do it over I might get a different style for my wife that's a little more comfortable for her but this is going to end up working out for now. They come packed really securely and assembly is pretty easy. Also a big reason I purchased was due to free shipping. Lots of nice ebikes out there, but I'm not gonna buy a similar priced bike from somewhere else just to pay $150 and up to ship it.

I bought two MT26G e bikes; one of which has a defective cadence sensor; which results in "pedal assist" and "pedal boost" not working properly; second bike all works properly. So far, I am not getting any response from Vivibikes to replace defective sensor.

Shipping is bad—10-12 days to get bike, FedEx terrible service changed delivery dates three times, bike seat came damaged , boxes torn as well, customer never signed for bike, FedEx driver signed left bikes outside front door, so anyone could have loaded them and taken them !

The wrong battery was sent. The company will refund me but I can’t send it back as it has a charge in it. I’m not sure what to do next. I hope they let me through the battery away and send me the correct one.
