Pre-ordered the Luma Ultra glasses. Shipping tool awhile but had updates every couple of days at least. The product itself is amazing with very clear optics once you adjust them and very syable sensors. The one drawback was a manufacturing defect that caused two sets of them to crack at the hinge. Viture customer service was great about arranging for free exchanges to make it right though.

I bought the Beast at 7. March 2026. The delivery took over 1 whole month. And this is a huge issue; the delivery times are really untransparent. The website just said "shipping March" the "Shop"-App said "6-12 business days" and the support said "should be soon". This is not fine for such a high payment. (About ~600€) Now let's start with the glasses themselves. They are really plug and play; you put the cable into your phone (iPhone 16 Pro) and can already use them. Or into your MacBook (MacBook Pro M3 Pro) and use them as an extra monitor. The glasses are mainly plastic, which also got me a little bit worried because the top of them (at your eyebrows) gets really, really hot. Like this type of hot where your fingers can't hold it longer than some seconds before it feels weird or even hurts a little bit (but you don't burn yourself, don't worry), more like when you have your heating on 2-3. The view itself with the classes is not a 10/10 but definitely an 8/10, you have a huge POV. The sides could be a little bit more to really have the full glasses POV (it's about 2-5 mm before the glasses end based on my feeling). Beside that, I got a small green pixel bar on the left, but it could be that this is just a current software issue. I tested them on the couch watching Netflix but also at my work break watching some Shorts/YouTube or using Discord on the glasses. They really give you a nice feeling of the possibilities we can reach in the next years, and the quality of the screens is really cool!

I had an issue with my Viture Pro XR glasses that I bought a couple of years ago. It turned out to be a problem that couldn't be fixed and even though it was out of the warranty period, Viture still issued me a 20% refund on the Virure Beast glasses that I had already purchased and was just waiting on delivery. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Viture and in particular, Claudia, the representative who was handling my case. I was always responded to in a prompt and courteous manner and Claudia went above and beyond to make sure that my issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction. So, not only was the customer service top notch, but I received my Beast order, and I am thoroughly enjoying them. A great product and customer service that truly cares about the customer? That's what sets them above their completion and has earned them a loyal customer going forward. Thank you Viture, and thank you, Claudia!

A product is only as good as it's company's customer support and Viture is the absolute worst! They are woefully deficient in standing behind their products. I placed an order on March 23rd for the Viture Beast which I have not received. There is no tracking information, no communication, and no update as to whether or not the item even shipped. I contacted them via telephone but it goes directly to voice mail. I contacted them via e-mail to cancel my order but got a generic reply requesting the product serial number and a photo/video of a product I never received. This is a terrible company to deal with. To Viture- please do not reply with the canned "we value you as a customer" b.s. like you do to every other dissatisfied customer. It's dishonest and insulting. I will be contacting my creditor for resolution. There are too many competitors for me to go through this aggravation. Never again!

Great product! But what prompted me to write this review was the great service. My headset broke after an update (I don't know why, something to do with firmware). Usually I'd accept that that's the end of it and I'll get nothing. But I submitted a support ticket with Viture and they were super helpful. They tried to fix the problem remotely with me but that didn't work, so they organised a complete replacement. Very happy with everyone who worked on the issue :)

I got them early on through a Kickstarter I believe (or when they raised their own fund). And I have loved using the glasses on planes to watch movies without craning my neck!
