I left a positive review for VITURE and was specifically offered a $20 credit as a thank-you. The reward email stated that the credit could be used on my next order, “whether it’s an accessory or even an extra pair of XR Glasses.” I tried to use that credit toward the VITURE Mobile Dock Mini, which is clearly an accessory, only to be told afterward that this particular accessory is excluded from promotional codes. That exclusion was not disclosed in the reward email. What makes this especially disappointing is that this was presented as a reward for taking the time to leave a review, not simply as a generic sitewide coupon. I contacted customer service and explained that the Mobile Dock Mini is the only product I currently want, but they simply repeated that the credit could be used on other eligible products. I genuinely liked VITURE and its products, which is why I left a positive review in the first place. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my impression of the company. If a reward has exclusions, those exclusions should be clearly disclosed when the reward is offered, not after a customer has already earned it and tries to use it. Very disappointing experience, and it has made me seriously reconsider purchasing anything else from VITURE.

Still no resolution after 4 months – £900 order missing I am leaving a second review because my original review from two months ago clearly did not lead to any meaningful resolution. I placed a £900 order with VITURE (Order 88199945789) on 15 June. Royal Mail marked it as delivered on 27 June, but I never received it. The parcel was apparently left outside my property. It has now been FOUR MONTHS and I still have neither the goods nor my £900 back. What has made this experience even worse is VITURE's customer service. I have repeatedly been passed back to Royal Mail and told to deal with the courier myself, despite VITURE being the company that arranged the shipment. I have had to repeatedly chase for updates and explain the same situation, with no satisfactory resolution. I understand that delivery investigations can take time, but four months is completely unreasonable for a £900 order that I never received. I have now escalated the matter directly to VITURE's CEO because the customer-service experience has been extremely disappointing. I genuinely liked VITURE's products and was happy to spend £900 with the company, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I simply want either the order I paid for or my £900 refunded. Hopefully someone at VITURE will finally take ownership of this situation and resolve it.

I’m genuinely disappointed with the VITURE Beast. The marketing creates the impression that you are getting something close to a huge 174-inch cinematic display. In actual use, that is absolutely not what I experience. The image feels much more like looking through a relatively small optical window than sitting in front of a gigantic screen. I even compared the Beast directly with my real 83-inch LG TV from roughly 4 metres away, with the Beast set to maximum screen size. The virtual image did not give me anything close to the impression of a 174-inch screen. In fact, my real 83-inch TV felt larger and more natural. The bigger problem, however, is image quality and viewing comfort. The edges are noticeably blurry in every mode I tried. I also get a mirrored/ghosted reflection below the bottom part of the image, especially around elements such as the Windows taskbar. Changing nose pads did not solve it — I tried all of them. If I move the glasses slightly down my nose, the lower ghosting improves, but then the top of the image gets cut off. If I move them closer to my eyes so I can see the whole image, the lower mirroring becomes more visible again. The only way I managed to make the experience somewhat usable was by wearing contact lenses with my intermediate-distance correction and using Anchor Mode, so I can move my head and bring different parts of the virtual screen into the clearer central area. But that defeats the purpose of having a large, comfortable display in front of you. Move your head a little too far and parts of the image disappear at the top, bottom or sides. For me, the practical experience is nowhere near the “massive cinematic display” impression created by the advertising. I’m keeping them because Anchor Mode makes them somewhat usable, but if I had known beforehand what the real experience would be like for me, I would not have bought them. I also think potential buyers should pay much more attention to real-world factors like edge clarity, eyebox size and optical artifacts rather than focusing on the advertised “174-inch” figure. This is simply my own experience with the product, but it is very different from what I expected based on the marketing and overwhelmingly enthusiastic reviews.

Poses as a localized store front without disclosure of import tarrifs. Basically scams you into thinking you get a good price, until you have to get the package at customs. Luckily I stumbled on this in fine print when trying to track the package and realizing it's not sent from within the EU. Customer support unhelpful.

Hi! I finally got a chance to try the USB-C XR Charging Adapter Ultra that I purchased, but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be working properly. At first, everything appears to work and I can see my phone’s screen normally. However, as soon as I press the volume button on my VITURE glasses, the screen suddenly turns black and I get a “No Signal” message from my phone. I also tried using the adapter with SpaceWalker to see if the issue was specific to the setup, but I experienced the same problem. I’ve tried it multiple times, and unfortunately, I’m unable to use the adapter as intended. Could you please help me troubleshoot this or let me know if I may have received a defective adapter? Also if I’m eligible for a return since I can’t really use my adapter Thank you!

Item was lost and dumped outside there refusing to issue a replacement or anything and have kept my Klarna plan on had to contact seel to even get help

I purchased a Luma Ultra through Amazon, back about five months ago, and for some reason, the purchase records never showed up in either Amazon or Viture. Unfortunately, I mistakenly deleted the email from Amazon. Now I have no purchase record. I DO have and use the Luma Ultras with the Neckband Pro (for which I do have the purchase receipt). I'd like to find some way to get Viture to recognize and validate the purchase of my Luma Ultra glasses. Amazon has been of no help. What information can I provide from the glasses that would work? Is there any way? PLEASE HELP!

I ordered Viture Beast on July 20. VITURE's shipping page clearly states that all orders with in-stock items ship the next business day. Three days later - no shipment, no tracking. When I contacted support, I was told it would take about a week just to ship ( and explicitly said that it is not pre-order ). I specifically needed these glasses for work. I chose VITURE over XREAL, which Amazon would have delivered to my door the next day - because I trusted the shipping promise on their site. The product may be excellent, but don't advertise "next business day" if your actual fulfillment takes a week. Update the shipping page or improve your shipping time. Order #881910429489.
