The first Viture Beast glasses were defective, the replacement is much improved. My frustration stems from staff initially agreeing it did not sound like an IPD issue, but then the support staff 'kindly' offering to replace the glasses after 30 days due to me buying regular instead of large despite my IPD being in the middle making it sound like it was my fault and not a defective product. New glasses are the same size and much better.

Received defected glasses. When i contactated Viture customer service. They told me to deal with Seel insurance. Seel ins says they only handle transit damages. Its because Jenniffer from Viture failed to read carefully my email for my return refumd request.

The delivery was so fast. Came earlier than expected. The glasses are unreal to wear. So comfortable, clear, and the sound quality is amazing
