The Vitamin ShoppeReviews of vitaminshoppe.com

Vitamin Shoppe for me has one of the best overall brand selection/flavors/specialty items that other supplement shops simply do NOT. I'm confused by the reviews of people taking out their poor protein powder experiences on the shop that sells them. They are not the manufacturer. I've not dealt with their customer service line, but all of the workers and cashier's I've dealt with have made my visits a wonderful experience. I am very happy with my experiences with Vitamin Shoppe in Sandy, Utah!

BEWARE....HORRIBLE customer service. Every basic level, front line telephone rep is as rude as can be. When I asked to be transferred to a supervisor I was told that everybody answering the phone is considered a supervisor. That's laughable. It's almost as if they get rewarded to be A-holes. I called corporate level 2 and got the same bad attitude. I will take 100% of my business to Bodybuilding.com The Vitamin Shoppe has earned a big fat grade F.

Top shop I really like it and it is cheap

I ordered 4 deodorants and 4 bars of soap. They came in 6 shipments over the course of 10 days. Talk about an affront to any sustainability efforts. And yes, they did all come from one location. What a waste of money on their part! And what a responsibility for me to have to watch for that many mailings on my front porch. I will never order from them again.

Bought protein the banana cream one about a month ago and im almost finished and shipped out a 3 inch nail out of the container.

Don’t order from them ! I had MRE protein bars arrive melted. You pay for FedEx shipping and they send cheap 5 day ground! Ripoff alert!

Very disappointed! After calling to have them address an issue for an order which has been in the shipment for more than 6 days in the heat of summer in Florida they told me I am assuming the quality is off instead of making an apology and stand by their claim of “highest quality products” and offer better service in future! It’s so ironic that on their website they warn customers to make every effort to be home for deliveries during summer because some products are heat sensitive! The manager on duty was very arrogant to listen and be open to fix the problem! They are not trusted with their quality! Beware!

I'm not sure about the other stores but the guy we go to at The Vitamin Shoppe in Taylor's, SC is extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store. My husband has nothing but great things to say about him since he got him feeling better! Keep up the great work!
