Hey John, thank you for giving us your honest feedback - really appreciate it! I'm glad to hear that the products are working for you and in regards to your other point, after conducting an analysis on what other companies out there are doing we actually found out that we have among the best value when looking at sizes and our prices. Most companies have similar prices to us - those who have cheaper prices usually have smaller bottles as well :) And you're absolutely right, you don't need a lot of product to make it work! Hey Wolfgang, thank you for leaving us a review - we really appreciate you taking the time and being completely honest. I just took a look in our system and I can see that your latest order went out on April 24th - and that you canceled the subscription after the order was already created. By stopping the subscription, unfortunately you don't automatically cancel the latest order as these two are separate. I'll reach out to you now as well so we can figure out what we'll do with the products you've received :) I hope this also explains the situation and if there are any other potential issues, I'm sure we'll be able to work it out!
