It gives you a firm, textured hold and is ideal for slightly wavy hair. Hi Tyler, thanks for your review. We ship within 1-2 business days and we use FedEx and USPS but unfortunately delivery is sometimes delayed across the US at the moment. We do provide tracking links so you can track your parcel's progress and usually our producs get delivered within 4-5 working days but I understand this is very frustrating if there's a hold up. Regrettably this is out of our control. I'm sorry to hear your Conditioner leaked - I've reached out to you by email and we'll send you a replacement.
