I bought the product
I bought the product, shipment came on time paid $75, used it for multiple months. I bought the product because I was having thinning hair, website did claim to help with it. But I can’t help but notice since I started using this product my shedding has been more frequent in volume. I won’t be buying product from this company or website again. Thank you

The Thinning Hair Kit is one of our best sellers and the VITAMEN we speak to love it - but I understand that not everyone will see results.
However there is nothing in this product that I understand could cause hair shedding. We only use natural ingredients. Hair shedding could be caused by a number of things, such as your diet or over-vigorously washing or drying your hair.

The small bag that the samples came in is nice.
There is no included information on the difference between the samples (cream vs gel vs balm etc.) or the recommended way to apply them. For that information you have to buy the retail product.
Shipping could very likely be reduced by placing the few small items included in a bag rather than an oversized box (is this your way of making a sale?).
The small samples (0.16 oz.) will not allow an accurate method of testing them. Perhaps one or two samples that would last a week or so might be a better way to promote your product.

The idea behind the free sample kit is to let you try our products, which is why we want to show you how to use them. We also want to ensure they reach you in the best condition, which is why we place them in a protective bag and a box. Unfortunately, if we just shipped you the bag, there's a real chance the products could become damaged in transit.
Our sample products are designed to give you 2 uses which we believe is ideal for sampling before you make a purchase decision.

I'm still waiting to actually receive the product which I ordered on December 17th. Consider selling it through Amazon.

Hi Michael, thanks for your review. I just checked your delivery process again (13 Jan) and your hair is listed by USPS as "Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility."
I realize how frustrating this must be but please be assured we shipped your product the same day it was ordered. Unfortunately USPS are experiencing severe delays and its affecting a small percentage of shipments. We have been talking by email and I've just reached out to you again.
