One star only because zero is not an option. Created an account and submitted an order. A few days later, the order has been cancelled and the account deleted/blocked, no reasons given. After raising the issue with them, the answer is: there was a technical problem, your order is lost (but feel free to spend even more time on this and submit it again) but you account is now restored. Of course, the account is not restored, and it is not possible to follow up on the incident because you need an account to do so. The domain their reply was sent from is blocked so you cannot reply to them. Vital Proteins Australia is an absolute embarrasment for the Nestle group.

Super misleading website in terms of how to claim your 'free' gifts you have actually qualified for! Common sense such a green ticked box next to your gift does not actually mean that you will receive it - be super vigilant if you really want your 'free' gift! Will not be ordering again! Simply put, I just kind support firms who try to catch you out - this is just not on Vital Proteins!

I created an account on Vital Proteins AU & U ordered collagen from their website. They cancelled my order and deleted my account. I had to create a new one to contact them, and they did not give a proper explanation. After that, they deleted the account again. I have been ordering these products in Europe and I NEVER had an issue like this. It is unbelievable

0 star if I could. This business is a scam and the customer service is ridiculously hilarious and hopeless, building up lies to pushing things back and forth. Items arrived in a fairly messy and gross state, not even sure whether still safe to consume. They would scam you to initiate a return yourself and will never be able to have the refund processed back to your bank account. Kept insisting they have requested a refund when you come back to them but the reality is they just would never give a penny back to you. Really disgusting business.

Dont want to waste more time by explaining the disgusting customer service I received.

Mon colis est en cours de livraison mais introuvable, ma commande est introuvable sur leur site et mon compte, pourtant crée, est inexistant ! Je ne recommande de pas du tout ce site marchand !!!

As you receive the product, opening it requires you to be bound by their T&Cs and an (although they write it, not binding) arbitration clause. DO NOT BUY. It is not worth buying from a company that seeks to avoid its responsibilities. There’s a lot of actors in this market — do NOT support Vital Proteins. There’s many more responsible actors in the market.
